Thanksgiving small moment

I quickly woke up to my stomach growling. I ran down stairs and we had a great breakfast. Later that day we all got together for a thanksgiving feast. It took all day to make that feast but it was all worth it. The little kids ( my cosins Brook 2, Harreson 2, and Anderson 6) sat at there own little table by themselves. On the other hand the older kids/ adults sat at the big dinning room table. After the diner we were all stuffed. So we all talked and went out to do what we were going to do. About 3 hours later my grandma call for all of us. Then I knew what that time was... desert time!!! We had a choice of pumpkin or apple pie. Also we could have some ice cream with it. I personally like pumpkin pie better than apple pie. We finished our deserts and some of us had to leave. I got to stay because I was staying at my grandma's house. When I was getting ready for bed I thought to myself  another great thanksgiving in the Marsden family.

Thanksgiving Poem

I am thankful for a roof over my head that I will try to cherish it as much as I can
I am thankful for food on a table that can fill me up
I am thankful for a beautiful night up above that can be wonderful in many different ways

I am thankful for me bring able to go on trips that many can't
I am thankful for me being able to live in different environments to learn new things
I am thankful for me being able to live the life I have so it can be great

I am thankful for my parents that always love me and can be understanding
I am thankful for my brother who loves me as much as he can with all his heart
I am thankful for my family who understands when I mess up and fall and stumble and fall

The thing I am most thankful for is that my family can understand when I stumble and fall
They give me advice and can pick me up when I stumble and fall 

Why are storys powerful?

     Story's are powerful because they can transport you to a new place and have you feel the way the person or things feel. We can all be powerful through story's but it doesn't matter if they are good or bad but if you do your best and put all of your effort into it.
